What is included in the Chilly's Cutlery Set?

1. Full-size stainless steel fork,
2. A sharp knife
3. A spoon 
4. Telescopic Straw
5. Cleaning Brush

Each utensil is then snugly nested into its own special place inside your recycled-plastic inner tray.

This tray then slides effortlessly into a sleek aluminium outer case. The carry case keeps your cutlery clean and tidy until ready to use!

What is the Chilly's Cutlery Set made of?

• The utensils (fork, knife, spoon and straw) are made from stainless steel.
• The straw cleaner is made from stainless steel and the bristles are made from plastic.
• The sleeve is made from aluminium and the tray from recycled plastic.

How do I care for and clean my Chilly's Cutlery Set?

Certain parts of the Chilly’s Cutlery set are safe for normal household dishwashers (top rack only).

The following parts of the Chilly’s Cutlery Set are dishwasher safe:

• Stainless steel fork, knife, spoon and telescopic straw.

The following parts of the Chilly’s Cutlery Set are not dishwasher safe:

• Straw cleaner, sleeve and case.

Please remove all labels/packaging and wash your Chilly's Cutlery Set before its first use.

Warm soapy water can also be used to wash all parts of the Chilly’s Cutlery Set.

Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers as they may cause dullness to the finish.

The Chilly’s Cutlery Set is not microwave or freezer safe.

How best to use my Chilly’s Cutlery Set?

Perfect for on-the-go use, our hard-wearing, portable Chilly’s Cutlery Set can be used anywhere. Whether that’s on a train, on your lunch break at work or a picnic in the park, our stylish cutlery set is designed to be taken with you.

On first use, your cutlery set might be a bit stiff and noisy when opening the case however, this will reduce with use.

Can I take my Cutlery Set on an aeroplane?

Government guidelines advise that you avoid taking any sharp or pointed items, such as knives when travelling via aeroplane as standard.

For this reason, we would recommend leaving your cutlery set at home to avoid any risk of it being confiscated when passing through security. 

Does the Chilly's Cutlery Set fit inside or attach to Chilly’s Food Pots?

Currently the Chilly’s Cutlery Set does not fit inside or attach to any other Chilly’s products.

How is the Chilly's Cutlery Set assembled and disassembled?

Disassembling your Cutlery Set

1. You will see a small PUSH icon at the bottom of the set. Push up from the bottom of the casing next to the Chilly's logo to release the cutlery. 

2. The cutlery pieces fit snugly into their own special spaces. Take out the silverware you need. 

3. On the back of the case you will find the extendable straw and cleaning brush. To detach this, simply push the straw up from the opposite side and this will slide up and out. 

Inside the straw you will find the cleaning brush. This is slightly longer than the straw and can be withdrawn from the base. 

*Please note the cutlery must be removed from the casing first in order to detach the straw. 

4. Finally your stainless steel straw can be extended for drinking and retracts back to a small size for transporting. 

Assembling your Cutlery Set

1. To reassemble your cutlery set, retract the straw to its original size and push the brush back inside, with the bristles facing towards the larger end of the straw. The straw can then clip back into the casing with a small push.
