How long will my order take to arrive?

Please find our shipping timeframes below and VAT information at the bottom of the page. The timeframe begins upon receipt of your dispatch email.

All delivery timeframes are in working days,  meaning weekends and bank holidays are not included in our estimates. Please note that engraving will add an extra day to the timeframe and that our warehouse does not operate on weekends.

VAT and Duty Charges

Saudi Arabia:

VAT - 15% on all orders + an additional freight fee. This will be requested by our Heathrow processing centre via email and will only be dispatched once the payment is received.

Duty charges - There are no charges up to SAR 1000. Charges are variable beyond this threshold. 

UAE:

VAT - 5% on all orders. This will be requested by our Heathrow processing centre via email and will only be dispatched once the payment is received.

Duty charges - There are no charges up to AED 1000. Customers will pay a 5% duty charge beyond this threshold.
