Damaged/Faulty Products
Please do not return damaged or faulty products.
If your product(s) arrived damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, you will not be expected to spend any money returning it to us.
Instead, please contact our Customer Service team via our support widget in the bottom right-hand corner and we'll get back to you within 1 to 2 working days.
Please do not throw the damaged product away, as we will need to see images of this in order to best assist you.
