Yes! - you can get a personalised engraving on most Chilly's Bottles.
You can have a maximum of 8 characters, either upper or lower case from the Latin alphabet. A space also counts as a character.
Common symbols that appear on your keyboard (e.g. # and ?) can be engraved, but more complex symbols (e.g. hearts, stars, and emojis) can't be used. If you try to submit one of these more complex symbols, it will be engraved as a question mark. If you have any doubts about your engraving, please email support@chillysbottles.com
The engraved Chilly's logo will be on the opposite side of the bottle.
The bottles are engraved by our master engraver in England and will be a maximum of 34.2mm wide and 4.7mm high.
Please be aware that engraving will add one working day to your estimated delivery date.
Patterned (Tropical, Botanical, EB collection, etc.), Rose gold, gold, and silver Chilly's Bottles are not available for personalisation.
If you have your bottle personalised, it is not valid for a refund for any reason except manufacturing defects.
