All Chilly's products have a two-year warranty so you're covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years after purchase.
If you purchased your Chilly's Bottle from a third-party retailer such as Paperchase or Urban Outfitters, we ask that you contact them about any problems in the first instance. However, if you purchased your Chilly's Bottle from Boots, please get in contact with us directly and we'll be able to assist.
Please note that we cannot accept returned products that are purchased from a third party retailer.
In the unlikely event that the retailer is unable to help, or you cannot return to the store, we are happy to look into your case, but we do require a proof of purchase in order to do so.

I wanted to swap brand new cup I bought for a different model and this is the reply I got.
Beware buying as you can’t change
Sadly, as the product was not purchased directly from us, this cannot be returned on this occasion.
