Chilly’s Bottles are designed to be used and enjoyed for a lifetime. However, if something does go wrong, our warranty covers you against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase.
We’re proud to be an eco-friendly company, and we’re conscious of our effect on the environment. Chilly’s Bottles are all about reducing waste, so if only one part of your bottle is faulty, we will always aim to resolve this with the appropriate replacement part rather than replacing the whole bottle.
We will always aim to replace your bottle with one of the same size and colour however, if it is no longer available, we will do our best to match it to the original.
What’s not covered by the warranty?
• General wear and tear (i.e. scratches, dropped bottles, dents)
• Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or misuse (i.e. use of dishwasher, freezer)
• Disassembly, alterations, or modifications (i.e. engraving performed by third parties)
What you need to qualify for a warranty evaluation:
A proof of purchase is required in order to verify the date of purchase and ensure the authenticity of the product. If a proof of purchase is not provided, we will not offer a replacement as we will be unable to validate the warranty.
Claiming under warranty
If you think your item is faulty, please do not go to the trouble of returning it. Get in touch with us via our support widget in the bottom right-hand corner and we’ll be happy to look into it. Please describe what is wrong and attach a photo of your item.
Faulty products are eligible for refunds up to thirty days after purchase. After this period, we can only offer replacements under warranty.
Please note that the warranty does not restart when you receive your replacement bottle.
Products that arrive damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please do not use it as this will void the warranty. Please contact our Customer Service team right away via our support widget in the bottom right-hand corner and we’ll happily replace it.
Chilly’s gift policy
We can only discuss warranty claims with the person who placed the order. If you received your Chilly’s Bottle as a gift, please ask the purchaser to contact us and we’ll resolve it directly with them.
Products purchased from a third-party retailer
If you purchased your Chilly’s Bottle from a third-party retailer, please contact them in order to return or exchange your bottle. Chilly’s retailers accept returns of products for manufacturing defects upon presentation of a valid receipt. The retailer will offer a refund or exchange for the defective product, or replacement parts where appropriate and available.
Please note that Chilly’s customer service accepts returns of any defective product bought from Boots UK upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase. Customers who bought their products from Boots UK do not need to return a defective product directly to Boots UK.
Due to GDPR we are unable to discuss corporate orders with anyone other than the person or company who was the original purchaser. If your Chilly’s product has a custom logo and a manufacturing defect, please contact the person you purchased it from or the person who gifted it to you. Co-branded products are not covered by our warranty replacement policy and queries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
