Orders cannot be edited once placed but if you do have an issue such as a wrong delivery address or wrong product ordered, you have 15 minutes following confirmation when your order can be cancelled and refunded. You can do this directly from the order confirmation page or from the link in the confirmation email.
If you do need to edit your order within 15 minutes of confirmation, we advise you to cancel the order and repurchase instead of reaching out to Customer Service.
Orders purchased with the following payment methods cannot be cancelled once placed: Sofort, Giropay, iDEAL, Bancontact. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding.
Please note, your order is only cancelled when you receive the order cancellation confirmation email. Without this email, it means your order has not been cancelled.
