The lid on my Chilly's Bottle is squeaking - what should I do?

This is quite common and can often happen as a result of the friction between the silicon o-ring and stainless steel neck of the bottle. 

As this is a natural result of the material our bottles our made from, it's not something we can prevent.  However, we've found that letting the bottle and lid dry out completely before use can minimise the squeaking sound.
