Can I edit/cancel my order?

Please note that we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once they are placed, usually within 24 hours, and this means we have a very small window to make any amendments.

As soon as you receive your order confirmation e-mail, you will have up to fifteen minutes in which to cancel and receive a full refund.

Orders can be cancelled via:

  • The order confirmation e-mail
  • Your Chilly's account

After this it will be very difficult for your order to be cancelled as it will have already been processed.

If you have an issue such as the wrong delivery address or the wrong product ordered, you can contact our customer service team.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to amend your order before it is dispatched.

    Hi, I’ve experienced a glitchy payment process where by choosing the three instalments through PayPal payment. It’s taken the initial first £20 instalment for an order totalling £60 but I have no order number and or any confirmation via email in regards.
    I decided to go ahead and pay an alternative way via a lump sum to which that went through perfectly and I’ve had all the confirmation and details come through.

    I’d just like to cancel my first order. On PayPal it says “ authorisation in progress” to which I can’t cancel that through PayPal but will have to be through you guys.

    Seeing as I have no details to give it cancel can someone do this on behalf of me as I bought a chillys 2.0 for me and my partner & and I do not need another two, thanks.
    Any help would be great to resolve this ASAP

    hi - i didn't receive my confirmation of my order so I reordered, but now i've received two different confirmations for both orders. Please can I cancel one? it has been more than one hour but I thought neither order had gone through... Please can you help? thanks, Sue

    I've ordered too many bottles and cannot amend order. I didn't get as far as payment. Please can you remove all items.

    I've ordered wrong item, any chance to change my order before sending it to the Czech Republic, order 51676511. Instead of cup I should have orderd a bottle  All Black 260 ml. Any chance to change it? thanks a lot for your help

    I placed an order less than an hour ago for a 500ml and I'd like to change it for a 1l. I know it says you can only edit within 15 mins of ordering but do I really have to wait for it to be sent and pay to return it, when it hasn't even been processed yet?

    There is no option in my confirmation email to edit or cancel my order. I've logged in and no ability to do anything except buy again. 

    I've sent an email, but the Chatbot isn't working and I can't act within 15 minutes as it's before 9am. The initial problem is that I wasn't able to order an engraved bottle, and I went through the entire payment screen looking for an option to engrave and there wasn't one. I don't want an unengraved bottle.

    You had my old address on my order I need this change before you dispatch, I have no idea how you don't allow us to see the delivery address before its placed. That address is from 2018.need help rectifying this ASAP before you dispatch
