Why is my Chilly's Bottle rattling?

If your bottle has arrived with a rattling sound, it is due to a small metal disc that sits between the double wall vacuum of your bottle. If the disc becomes dislodged, it will move around the vacuum creating a small noise and rattling sound. This will not affect the insulation or structural function of the bottle but if you can’t live with the sound, we will be happy to exchange it for a new bottle.

Please note however that we are unable to exchange bottles that have been damaged by knocks, drops or improper use in line with our warranty terms.
