Are Chilly's Series 2 Coffee Cups engraveable?

Yes! - you can get a personalised engraving on the Series 2 Coffee Cups - and bottles too!

You can have a maximum of 8 characters, either upper or lower case from the Latin alphabet. A space also counts as a character.

Common symbols that appear on your keyboard (e.g. # and ?) can be engraved, but more complex symbols (e.g. hearts, stars, and emojis) can't be used. If you try to submit one of these more complex symbols, it will be engraved as a question mark. The engraved Chilly's logo will be on the opposite side of the coffee cup.

The cups are engraved by our master engraver in England and will be a maximum of 34.2mm wide and up to 4.7mm high.

Please be aware that engraving will add one working day to your estimated delivery date.

If you have your cup personalised, it is not valid for a refund for any reason except manufacturing defects.
