Please visit our gift card page, select the amount you’d like to purchase and enter the recipient's details. This will send an email to the recipient immediately upon purchase or between 4 am-10 am on the day of the scheduled event.

HOW DO I VIEW MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?
To view your balance, please click on the ‘view my balance’ link in your delivery email. This will take you to a webpage with the balance of your gift card
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A GIFT CARD?
On our gift card page, please select the option to schedule a card to another recipient, and choose the date of delivery. This will send an email to your intended recipient between 4 am-10 am in your local timezone on the date you’ve selected. Unfortunately, at this time you are unable to select a specific time. If you would like to send an email at a precise moment, please order the gift card at that time and leave the send date blank.
CAN I CANCEL A GIFT CARD ORDER?
As all of our gift cards are fulfilled or scheduled immediately, our usual 15-minute cancellation period does not apply. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. Should you need to cancel a gift card, please contact our customer service team, who can void the card on your behalf.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT WITH A GIFT CARD?
If you purchase something with a gift card and need to return it; please return via our usual returns process, and the balance will be refunded onto your gift card. Should you have paid partially between a gift card and a debit card, this will be refunded to each payment method used.
I WOULD LIKE A GIFT CARD AMOUNT YOU DO NOT DO. WHAT CAN I DO?
At this time, we offer gift cards to the value of £10, £25, £50 and £100. If you would like a gift card of a different amount, you can place multiple orders at no extra charge. Please do pass any feedback onto our team, as we are always happy to expand our range where there is demand.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT ON A GIFT CARD?
No, it is not currently possible for gift cards to be purchased in conjunction with any other offers or voucher codes.
